When we arrived to Phillip Island we stopped at a beach and pretty much just froze! We went to an island were there are seals but we couldn't see them because the other isalnd was so far away. After that we went to eat Pizza on the beach and the seagulls were terrible!!! They sat around us the whole time trying to eat our pizza. They actually stole pizza from a lot of us sitting there! haha! After that we went back to the penguin parade! It was about 8:30 before the penguins started emerging out of the ocean! It was the funniest thing I have ever seen! I was sad that we weren't allowed to take pictures of them because they were so cute and little. Their names are the little penguins. Every night they come out of the ocean from hunting and back to their nests. As we walked back up to the gift shop once it was over you could see them all over, they were close enough to touch! I really wanted to take one back with me! I loved them!! We didn't get back to out hotel until about 11:45, so we were exhausted.

How fun! Bowen and Halle got your postcard. Bowen thought it was so cool. They have an Alvin & the chipmunks cartoon movie and in it is a baby penguin. They have both been bugging me to get them one ever since, so they really loved the postcard! They are on a penguin kick lately. I'm sure you've heard by now that we had our baby Boy Max. He is doing well and the kids are loving him. I'll post some pics on my blog in the next day or so. Hope all is well and we will see you soon. miss ya.
